About delivery

We want you to hold your new treasures in your hands as soon as possible. Your order is processed as soon as we receive it. Our online database is updated continuously to guarantee the availability of products offered in the shop. We normally have all items in stock and deliver within one week after receiving your order and payment. Quite often we're even faster. We normally use the parcel services of Deutscher Paketdienst or Deutsche Post AG. In case of a delay, we will contact you immediately. 

Your right to exchange or return items

We want you to be satisfied. You may return all items within a fortnight, excluding customised special designs.

Please do not destroy the original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. You will need these for the return. We shall bear the cost of returning the goods if your order amounts to more than EUR 40.00. Please send the goods back to us in an insured parcel and prepay the postage in full, we will refund the return postage to you. In case of a return, you will receive your money back for the goods. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns if the postage is not or insufficiently prepaid. For orders below EUR 40.00, please pay the return postage yourself and ask us for a returns number so that we can process your return just as fast as your order. Simply send us an email and you will immediately receive a returns number, which we ask you to indicate on or inside the parcel. National shipping

Shopping at HOUSE OF LIFESTYLE requires no minimum order value. Your contribution to shipping costs is only 4.59 EUR within Germany. If we are unable to send your complete order in one shipment, you will, of course, still only be asked to pay the postage once, for the first delivery. We luxury ladies should spend as little money as possible on unwearable goods. Shipping is a good example. We will pay the shipping costs for you if the order value exceeds 100.00 EUR.     

International shipping

There is no minimum order value for international deliveries. We will gladly dispatch to the following European states: shipping to Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain is 19.00 EUR.

Shipping to the USA and Canada is 49.00 EUR.
